As a Workday Finance Senior Associate you will provide consulting services for Workday finance applications, analyze client requirements, implement software solutions, and support training that helps clients use these applications effectively within our Finance Technology - Workday FINS ERP practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, mentor junior team members, and develop a deeper understanding of the business context while growing your technical skills and skilled brand.



In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on helping clients improve financial reporting, streamline finance processes, and use Workday finance capabilities to support their business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client finance requirements and translating them into Workday Finance solution designs
• Configuring Workday Financial Management, Financial Reporting, and Adaptive Planning capabilities to support client operating models
• Supporting implementation workstreams for financial processes, reporting structures, and transaction flows across the solution lifecycle
• Interpreting business and technical inputs to identify gaps, risks, and process improvement opportunities
• Developing test scenarios, validating system behavior, and documenting issues for resolution
• Preparing functional deliverables, process maps, and solution documentation to support cli
