• We are looking for a proactive, confident, and result-oriented Lead Relations Executive who can actively create new business opportunities through lead generation, client outreach, networking, and consistent follow-ups.

Role Overview
• The Lead Relations Executive will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to new and existing prospects, conducting sales calls, qualifying opportunities, generating meetings, and supporting the Client Servicing/NBD team towards business closure.
• Research → Reach Out → Connect → Follow Up → Qualify → Set Meetings → Generate Business Opportunities

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Business Development
• Generate recent leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, references, databases, and online research.
• Identify potential corporate, wedding, social, and experiential event opportunities.




• Research companies and identify relevant decision-makers.
• Build and maintain a strong database of potential clients and companies.
• Support corporate and social event business development.

2. Outbound Calling & Client Outreach
• Make regular outbound calls to new, existing, previous, and dormant clients.
• Connect with HR, Admin, Marketing, PR, Brand, Events, Founders, Directors, and other decision-makers.
• Introduce Kahani Events and create interest in our services.
• Understand basic requirements and identify genuine business opportunities.
• Be comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection.

3. Follow-Up & Lead Reactivation
• Follow up consistently with every active prospect.
• Reconnect with old and dormant leads to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain a structured follow-up cycle and ensure no potential lead goes unattended.
• Update lead status and next follow-up dates regularly.
