The chance
SRMB Steel is looking for a Senior Manager Electrical to lead electrical projects, switchyard systems, automation and reliability across steel manufacturing operations. The role will provide technical oversight from engineering and construction through testing, commissioning and handover,



while supporting safe and reliable operation of the company’s steelmaking and rolling assets. Only candidates with hands-on exposure to TMT, Rolling Mill and SMS (Steel Melting Shop) operations will be considered.

Key responsibilities
Electrical projects and engineering
Plan and deliver electrical projects from concept and engineering through construction, commissioning and handover. Review scope, single-line diagrams, specifications, equipment selections, BOQs, estimates and execution schedules. Coordinate with civil, mechanical, production, safety, procurement and project teams to manage interfaces, contractors, quality, cost and milestones.

132 kV and 33 kV switchyard systems
Oversee operation, maintenance, expansion and commissioning of 132 kV and 33 kV switchyards and associated high-tension systems. Review transformers, circuit breakers, protection relays, metering, cabling and earthing. Plan ou
