Role Description The Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing strategies to attract and qualify prospective learners and partners for Pregrad’s programs. This full-time, in office role based in Sadar involves managing lead funnels, monitoring performance metrics, and coordinating with marketing and sales teams to ensure a steady flow of high-intent leads. Day-to-day activities include designing and running campaigns, tracking lead sources,



refining targeting and messaging, and maintaining lead databases in CRM tools. The Lead Generation Manager will collaborate closely with program, product, and operations teams to align outreach with Pregrad’s offerings and brand positioning. The role also involves experimenting with new channels, analyzing results, and providing data-driven recommendations to improve conversion rates and overall growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Generate qualified leads from students interested in Study Abroad programs.
2.Identify prospective students through cold calling, social media, WhatsApp, email campaigns, online platforms, referrals, and other channels.
Understand students' basic requirements, preferred countries, courses, academic background, and study-abroad interests.
