We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team as an IT Sales Executive ( Business Development Executive ). The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and the willingness to learn and grow in the field of IT sales.
Key Responsibilities
• 1 to 4 years of IT sales or inside sales experience in IT solutions & Services like / ITSM / Workload Automation/ Microsoft CoPilot/ Testing Services/RPA/SAP.
• Should have demand generation experience in International Region like Middle East/USA/Canada Countries.
• Working exposure for MS office and PowerPoint tools
• Internet Knowledge & Digital marketing
• Ideal candidate should be a graduate and MBA will be an added advantage
• Experience or extreme interest in sales for IT Solution start-ups
• Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, and email marketing.
• Assist in building and maintaining a sales pipeline.
• Ability to identify decision makers,



be comfortable in calling and dealing with business and Technical executives.

Client Engagement
• Understand client needs and present appropriate IT solutions.
• Participate in client meetings and follow up on leads.

Sales Support
• Assist senior team members in preparing proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Maintain records of sales activities in CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT solutions and technology trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Flexible Working Hours: The candidate should be adaptable with working hours and willing to work according to EST (Eastern Standard Time) business hours whenever required, based on business and client requirements.
• Ownership & Accountability: The candidate should be able to take ownership of assigned responsibilities
