About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on and performance-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our client's growing digital marketing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in managing paid media campaigns across Google and Meta, with a focus on App Campaigns and Lead Generation Campaigns.
The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment, handling multiple campaigns, analysing performance metrics, and continuously optimising campaigns to achieve business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, set up, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads
and Meta Ads.
• Manage App Install/App Promotion campaigns and Lead Generation campaigns.
• Develop campaign strategies based on client objectives, target audience, industry,
and budgets.
• Conduct audience research, keyword research, targeting, and competitor analysis.




• Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective utilisation of advertising spend.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CVR,
and conversion volume.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and
growth.
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, ad copies, landing pages, and
campaign structures.
• Work closely with creative and content teams to develop performance-oriented ad
creatives.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports for internal teams and
clients.
• Identify performance issues and implement corrective actions proactively.
• Stay updated with the latest developments, features, and best practices across
Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Understand and apply recent Meta platform developments, including the
Andromeda update and AI-driven campaign optimisation approach.
• Work with tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analy
