Position-Specific Requirements:
• 1–4 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Inside Sales, or a similar B2B sales role.
• Experience prospecting and engaging mid-market and enterprise accounts in India.
• Prior exposure to B2B SaaS, Martech, CDP, Personalization, Customer Experience, Data/AI, or E-commerce technology is preferred.
• Proven ability to conduct account research, identify buying committees, and map relevant decision-makers.
• Experience engaging personas such as CMOs, CIOs, CDOs,
Heads of Digital, E-commerce, CRM, Growth, CX, Martech, and Data.
• Comfortable generating opportunities through a combination of cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and account-based outreach.
• Ability to conduct initial discovery conversations, understand business challenges, and qualify opportunities before handing them over to the sales team.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms such as Salesforce, and prospecting / sales intelligence tools.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and the ability to work closely with Sales, Marketing, Solution Consulting, and Product teams.
• Robust CRM discipline with the ability to consistently maintain activity, meeting, and pipeline data.
