About the Role:We’re looking for an experienced and driven Talent Management Head to lead our talent/influencer management function and build strong relationships with creators and brands.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and build strong relationships with influencers and content creators.
• Handle end-to-end talent management and brand collaborations.
• Identify new talent and onboard relevant creators.
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute influencer campaigns smoothly.
• Negotiate commercials, deliverables and timelines with influencers.
• Track campaign performance and ensure timely delivery.




• Develop strategies to grow the talent portfolio and revenue.
• Mentor and manage the talent management team.

What We’re Looking For:
• 2–3 years of experience in Talent Management / Influencer Marketing.
• Strong understanding of the creator/influencer ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Solid commercial and business acumen.
• Ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.
