Job Title: Marketing Manager

We are seeking a agile and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across our centres, ensuring brand recognition, enrollment growth, and successful campaign execution. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on expertise in digital marketing and visual design.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide marketing support to both new and existing centres
• Plan and execute city-wise events to enhance brand visibility
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns across offline and online channels
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions
• Conduct regular training sessions for franchisees to strengthen marketing practices
• Establish tie-ups with schools and corporates to boost enrollment numbers
• Collaborate with consultants to secure new sign-ups




• Assist in property finalisation for new centres
• Create compelling visual content using Photoshop, Canva, and other design tools

Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in education or service industries
• Proven track record of executing successful campaigns and partnerships
• Strong proficiency in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
• Hands-on expertise with Photoshop, Canva, and other visual design software
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to multitask and manage projects across multiple locations
