Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, dealers, distributors, and retailers.
• Identify recent business opportunities and generate leads through market visits, referrals, networking, and other sales channels.
• Promote and sell Dolche door handles, bathroom accessories, smart locks, and related architectural hardware.




• Visit customers, project sites, showrooms, and dealer outlets regularly to understand requirements and generate orders.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, follow up on enquiries, and close sales effectively.
• Conduct product presentations and explain product features, specifications, applications, quality, and benefits to customers.
• Develop the architect and interior-designer network and work on product specifications for upcoming residential and commercial projects.
• Manage existing dealers and distributors and support them in increasing product sales and market coverage.
• Identify upcoming construction and interior projects and track them from enquiry to order execution.
• Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, accounts, and technical teams to ensure smooth order processing a
