Job Summary:
Lead the design, implementation, governance, and operational delivery of integrated cybersecurity solutions across IT & OT critical infra networks within India and expanding global footprint. Oversee a team delivering consulting, security audit, product deployments and training to ensure high-impact outcomes and revenue growth.





Key Responsibilities:
• Own the end-to-end delivery of OT/IT cybersecurity solutions from discovery, consulting and solution design through implementation, commissioning, handover, and support.
• Lead client-facing demos, PoCs, and workshops for IT (networks, cloud) and OT (SCADA, ICS, IIoT) solutions, showcasing tools like ASM, SIEM, SOAR, and NIDS.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution: from assessment and design to deployment and optimization in IT/OT environments.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of consultants, engineers, and VAPT specialists; foster partnerships with SIs and clients.
• Drive business development: contribute to RFPs, client pitches, and service upsell using deep domain expertise.
• Ensure compliance with standards (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST 800-82); deliver thought leadership via whitepapers, webinars, and industry events.
