Fynd is a frontier technology company. We started at the intersection of technology and retail because that is where technology was the least available. Over the years, we became one of India’s largest retail technology platforms. But retail was the entry point, not the boundary.

Today, Fynd builds intelligent software that runs business operations. Not tools that help people work faster, but systems that absorb entire functions: manufacturing, marketing, logistics, commerce, quality control. We sit inside our customers’ businesses, harvest deep domain context, and build AI systems that operate autonomously. We are expanding from retail into manufacturing, generative media, physical AI, and healthcare.

About Granary

Granary is the technology and operational backbone powering Reliance Retail’s grocery ecosystem. It supports inventory management, replenishment, fulfillment, supply chain operations, merchandising, pricing, store operations, customer experience, and omnichannel commerce across JioMart and grocery retail channels.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Granary Adoption Generalist to drive adoption, rollout, and effective usage of Granary capabilities across business and operations teams.

This role will work closely with business users, operations teams, product, engineering, and support teams to ensure current platform capabilities are understood, adopted, and embedded into day-to-day ways of working. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, structured, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders to support training, rollout, issue triage, feedback collection, and operational improvement.

What will you do at Fynd?

• Drive adoption of Granary capabilities across grocery retail, supply chain, fulfillment, merchandising, store operations, and commerce teams.
• Translate business objectives into executable platform roadmaps in partnership with Product and business teams.
• Collaborate with Product leadership to shape platform capabilities based on us
