About the OpportunityApex Solution is supporting one of our reputed clients with their requirement for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Accounts & Taxation at Udaipur, Rajasthan.
We are looking for a hands-on Accounts & Taxation skilled who can independently manage day-to-day accounting activities, taxation compliance, reconciliations, MIS reporting and ERP-related transactions.
Candidates with practical experience in a manufacturing environment and good exposure to GST, taxation and Odoo ERP will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate books of accounts.
• Handle GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC-04 and GSTR-9/9C.
• Perform GSTR-2B, E-Way Bill and E-Invoice reconciliation with books and records.
• Handle TDS/TCS calculation, payment and return filing.
• Manage vendor reconciliation, accounts payable and vendor-related transactions.
• Support Statutory, Internal, Cost and Tax Audits.
• Prepare MIS reports and support monthly and annual financial closing.




• Reconcile physical stock with book records and identify discrepancies.
• Work on Odoo ERP, particularly accounting, purchase and vendor transactions.
• Use Advanced Excel for reporting, reconciliation and analysis.
• Work with the GST Portal, Income Tax Portal and TRACES for compliance-related activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors and auditors as required.
• Ensure timely completion of accounting and taxation activities and maintain proper documentation.

• CA Inter
• MBA – Finance

Experience3–6+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Taxation.
What We Are Looking For• Strong practical knowledge of Core Accounts and Taxation.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS/TCS and related statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP will be an advantage.
