We’re looking for a Therapist Hiring Executive who can help us identify, engage, and onboard talented therapists who are passionate about making a real difference in children’s lives.

Position: Therapist Hiring Executive
Location: Delhi NCR
Work Mode: Work From Office
Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment/HR preferred

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing end-to-end hiring for therapists across multiple therapy domains
• Sourcing and screening qualified candidates
• Conducting initial interviews and evaluating candidate fit
• Building and maintaining a strong therapist talent pipeline
• Coordinating interviews, assessments,



and onboarding
• Working closely with clinical and operations teams on hiring requirements
• Ensuring timely closure of critical positions

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has excellent communication and people skills
• Is proactive, organised, and target-driven
• Can manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
• Understands recruitment and candidate engagement
• Has experience in healthcare/therapy recruitment — a plus, but not mandatory
