Role Description The Senior Manager - Real Estate Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for leading sales operations for residential and commercial real estate projects. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies,



managing a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth through effective lead generation, conversion, and customer relationship management. The Senior Manager will oversee end-to-end sales processes, including site visits, client presentations, negotiation of terms, and closure of deals, while ensuring alignment with company pricing and branding guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking sales performance, preparing reports and forecasts, collaborating with marketing and project teams, and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and key clients.
