Job Responsibilities
• Own and manage a portfolio of SMB/enterprise customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, engagement, retention, and growth.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with key customer stakeholders, including business, IT, and technical decision-makers.
• Drive customer onboarding, adoption, implementation,



and ongoing engagement across AWS and cloud-based solutions.
• Develop and execute Customer Success Plans aligned with customer business objectives and expected outcomes.
• Proactively monitor customer health, identify risks, address escalations, and develop mitigation plans to improve customer experience and retention.
• Work closely with Sales, Solutions, Engineering, Cloud, Support, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer delivery and resolution of customer issues.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-sell, and up-sell based on customer requirements and business needs.
• Conduct regular customer reviews, including QBRs/EBRs, to demonstrate business value, review performance, and identify future opportunities.
• Understand AWS services, cloud adoption, migration, modernization, infrastructure, and related customer use cases to effectively engage with customers.
