Role Description This is a full-time, in office Relationship Manager role based in Tirur. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their insurance needs, and recommend suitable products and solutions. The role involves managing client onboarding, handling policy queries, coordinating renewals, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams to process proposals,



documentation, and claims support, while consistently tracking client satisfaction and retention metrics. The position also includes identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, participating in local outreach or events, and providing feedback to improve services and processes.
