Primary Responsibilities

• Execution of test cases to ensure it confirms business requirement
• Create defects and track it till closure
• Ensure that quality processes are carried out through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, while meeting all project-related deadlines
• Work concurrently on several projects, each with specific instructions that may differ
• Work independently on projects, where tasks are self-determined and not specifically assigned
• Work with business partners,



systems analyst, designers and programmers to create / analyze required project documents and ensures that quality assurance processes are incorporated
• Work closely with the Project Team to identify risks and UAT scope early in the project lifecycle
• Build positive skilled relationships with internal and external customers
• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of testing/development/ Routing configuration experience on Contact Center platforms like Amazon Connect, CX One, Genesys, etc.
• 4+ years of experience on Cyara Voice Automation Testing Tool
• Solid hands-on testing/development/ Routing configuration experience on Contact Center Platform
• Experience of any contact Center Platform - Amaz
