About Namaste DwaarNamaste Dwaar is an award-winning countryside resort located approximately 90 minutes from Delhi, offering a mix of leisure stays, unique activities, Ayurveda and wellness experiences, family and group getaways, corporate retreats, weddings, and events.

Our corporate office is based in Satya Niketan, New Delhi, from where our sales and marketing team manages bookings, partnerships, and business development.

Role DescriptionWe are looking for a confident and qualified Sales Specialist to join our Delhi office and help drive bookings and revenue for Namaste Dwaar.

The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken and written English, strong communication skills, and the confidence to professionally represent the resort while interacting with guests, corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other partners.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Handling incoming sales enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels




• Following up with leads and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Explaining room packages, resort experiences, group stays, corporate retreats, weddings, and events
• Developing relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other potential partners
• Making outbound calls and identifying new sales opportunities
• Preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and follow-up communication
• Maintaining an organised sales pipeline and updating lead status regularly
• Coordinating with the resort operations and reservations teams
• Meeting defined sales and revenue targets
• Representing Namaste Dwaar professionally during client calls, meetings, presentations, and site visits
