Job Summary
We are looking for a Paid Media Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support the planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization of paid digital media campaigns. The candidate should have a valuable understanding of digital advertising platforms, campaign performance metrics, and basic data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other relevant digital platforms.
• Assist in campaign setup, including audience targeting, budgets, bidding, ad placements, and tracking.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve key performance metrics.
• Track and analyze metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, conversions, reach, and ROAS.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide insights based on data.
• Coordinate with creative and account teams to ensure timely delivery of ad creatives and campaign requirements.




• Conduct basic audience, keyword, competitor, and market research to support campaign planning.
• Assist in developing media plans and budget allocations based on campaign objectives.
• Identify performance trends and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered within the approved budgets and timelines.
• Stay updated on changes in digital advertising platforms, tools, and industry trends.

Desired Skills
• Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Understanding of paid search, paid social, display, and video advertising.
• Good understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign optimization.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Excel will be an advantage.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
