Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior Developer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in integrations, automation, and platform customization, along with experience across multiple ServiceNow modules. The role requires a proactive problem-solver capable of architecting scalable, secure, and productive solutions that support enterprise digital transformation initiatives. This aligns with internal ServiceNow developer requirements emphasizing integrations, platform customization, Agile delivery, and ServiceNow certifications. ,

Key Responsibilities

Platform Development & Customization

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions following platform best practices and governance standards.
• Configure and customize core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM,



ITOM, CSM, Employee Center, and SPM.
• Build and maintain custom applications using App Engine Studio and ServiceNow Studio.
• Develop and support:
• Business Rules
• Client Scripts
• UI Policies
• Script Includes
• UI Actions
• Flow Designer workflows

• Perform code reviews and ensure solution scalability, maintainability, and security.

Integrations

• Design and implement complex integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems.
• Develop REST, SOAP, API, and MID Server-based integrations.
• Integrate ServiceNow with platforms such as Azure, AWS, SAP, Salesforce, and other third-party applications.
• Create and maintain Scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub actions, and data synchronization solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance, reliability, and scalability.
