Role Description The Senior Resident General Surgery role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Senior Resident will assist consultants in managing surgical patients, including pre-operative evaluation, intra-operative support, and post-operative care. Responsibilities include performing ward rounds,



monitoring patient progress, managing documentation, and coordinating with nursing and allied health teams to ensure high-quality care. The role also involves participation in emergency surgical duties, minor procedures under supervision, and adherence to clinical protocols and infection control standards. Senior Residents are expected to contribute to clinical discussions, attend departmental meetings, and support teaching activities for junior medical staff and trainees.
Qualifications

• Completed MBBS from a recognized institution with a valid medical registration.
• Postgraduate training in General Surgery (MS, DNB, or equivalent) or at an advanced stage of surgical residency.
• Demonstrated clinical skills in general surgical assessment, pre- and post-operative management, and basic surgical procedures.
