About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Analyst – Client Servicing to support our enterprise clients in the US region.
This role requires working in India night shifts (US business hours) and focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences, resolving queries, and ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Support & Query Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
• Onboarding & Account Management: Assist in onboarding recent clients, ensuring a seamless transition and providing continuous support to meet client objectives
• Client Engagement: Communicate product updates, enhancements, and industry developments. Gather feedback to improve services
• Reporting & Analysis: Track client performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to improve satisfaction and retention
