About the Role & Team
People Excellence runs the operating backbone of the People Success function. This role runs the operations side of it: the processes, people and vendors that deliver payroll, compliance, perks and the employee lifecycle day in and day out.
You will work through your team and vendors, setting the standards, spotting risk early, and lifting the quality of how each process runs.



Accuracy is non-negotiable - people get paid correctly, filings go in on time, and audits close without surprises. Alongside running it, you will build the process and automation that make the work less manual over time.
What you'll do:
• Employee lifecycle. Own every stage: BGV and onboarding, confirmations, leave, movement and transfer, promotion, rehire, offboarding and exit formalities, along with the letters, contracts and personnel records behind them. That includes employee queries and service delivery: response times, escalation paths, and fixing the root cause of whatever keeps coming back. HRMS administration and data hygiene sit here too, and a full revamp of onboarding is an early priority.
• Employee experience. Design the moments that matter across the journey, from a joiner's first week to an exit that ends well, and improve them on evidence rather than instinct.
• HR data and reporting. Own
