Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role for a Sales Head, based in Delhi NCR. You will own revenue for The Design Story across developers, builders, architects, and high-end end users. You'll build and run the sales pipeline end to end: prospecting, pitching, technical discussions, negotiation, and closing.
Alongside custom bespoke projects, you will help shape and sell a curated product catalog, working with the Founders and design team to define the range, pricing, and positioning,



and then take it to market. You'll work closely with design and production to turn client requirements into winnable proposals, and you'll be the face of TDS in boardrooms, on project sites, and at the experience centre.
This is a hands-on, target-driven role for someone who can both close deals personally and build a sales function around them.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the sales pipeline across developers, builders, architects, and end users, from lead to closure
• Identify, approach, and build relationships with developers and builders for bulk and project-based furniture orders
• Handle high-value end-user clients: briefing, presentations, negotiations, and closing
• Understand project requirements technically (materials, finishes, joinery, specifications) and coordinate with design and production on feasibility, costing, and timelines
