Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented MICE Sales Manager to drive corporate, incentive, conference, and event sales across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of acquiring and managing MICE business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new MICE, corporate, conference, and incentive travel business opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation and client meetings to proposal submission and deal closure.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients,



event planners, destination management companies, and industry partners.
• Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and RFP responses tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with operations and project teams to ensure seamless execution of events and programs.
• Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in MICE sales, corporate events, or conference management.
• Strong understanding of domestic and international MICE markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and business opportunities simultaneously.
