MiRco Dynamics is looking for a energetic Junior Manager – Sales & Business Development to support our growing industrial equipment business.
? Key Responsibilities:
• Drive B2B sales and business development activities
• Generate and develop new industrial customer accounts
• Manage leads, enquiries, proposals and negotiations
• Build relationships with plant heads, procurement teams, EPCs and consultants
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling, spares and services
• Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates and sales forecasts
• Coordinate with technical and commercial teams for customer solutions
? Preferred Background:




• 3+ years of experience in B2B / Industrial Sales or Business Development
• Experience in capital equipment, engineering products or process equipment preferred
• Exposure to Boilers, Thermal Systems, Steam Systems, Energy Solutions or EPC projects will be an advantage
• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Production, Energy Engineering or related disciplines
