About the Role

Apponward Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and acquiring clients for our software development and IT services.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B IT/Software Sales, client acquisition, lead generation, solution selling, and relationship management. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements and presenting Apponward's software development services as suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate current business opportunities through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, referrals, and other B2B channels.




• Generate qualified leads and convert them into potential software/IT service clients.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable software development and IT solutions.
• Sell software and IT services including Web Development, Mobile App Development, UI/UX Design, Backend Development, Custom Software Development, Microsoft Dyanmics 365, ERP and other IT services.
• Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations.
• Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches, proposals, quotations, and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams to understand project requirements, scope, timelines, and estimated efforts.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closure, and client handover.
