The Role
As Redica's India team continues to grow, we're investing in a dedicated People Operations Partner to serve as the full-time, in-office HR presence for our Bengaluru office. This person will be the connective tissue between our global People function and the day-to-day experience of our India-based employees. Someone trusted, visible,



and deeply embedded in the team.

Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end HR operations for the India employee population, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and everything in between
• enLead India-based talent acquisition: managing pipelines, coordinating interviews, and ensuring candidates have a smooth, qualified experience
• Partner with Bengaluru leadership to cultivate a positive, connected team culture and seamlessly align HR practices across India to support our people’s success
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and concerns — approachable, discreet, and solutions-oriented
• Implement and maintain HR policies and practices that reflect both local legal requireme
