Your Role

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Direct-to-Retail business within your assigned territory. You will identify and onboard key retail partners, drive sales and collections, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure consistent market coverage to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities





• Drive end-to-end Direct-to-Retail business for the assigned territory.
• Identify, onboard, and develop business with high-potential retail partners.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and collection targets while ensuring adherence to approved credit limits.
• Execute regular daily and weekly market coverage plans to maximize business opportunities.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory to engage with retailers and expand market reach.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding business needs and providing timely resolutions to concerns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective execution of sales initiatives, promotions, and business development programs.
