Role Overview:

The person will play a critical role in providing strategic financial support to the business and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales, finance, working capital, and new installation + service. This person will be a key part of OU CFO organization collaborating with cross-functional teams (Business Finance, Operations, Regions and Other departments) to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives.





This person will analyze financial data to provide insights that drive business growth and profitability while working with technology and be encouraged to think creatively to solve complex financial challenges and be a change leader for the Operating Unit's FP&A; function. As a senior leader, you will also prepare financial reports and presentations for senior leadership, contributing to informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Identification, implementation and tracking of KPIs to ensure desired business results are achieved, including achievement of end-to-end process transformation
• Lead, develop and maintain advanced financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making processes. These models should enable scenario analysis and assist in long-term strategic planning
• Act as true business partner across the Company and be prepared to navigate financial crises or unexpected economic challenges by developing contingency plans and strategies to ensure business continuity and financial stability
• Take lead on fixing the inefficiencies and bridging the performance gaps and ad hoc reporting (e.g. financial consulting
