We help ecommerce businesses understand where their money is actually going and how much profit they are truly making by bringing together data across sales, advertising, customer acquisition, returns, delivery and other operational costs.
We're an early-stage startup building a product that helps founders move beyond metrics like revenue and ROAS and make better decisions based on actual profitability.
We're now looking for a Commission-Based Sales Associate to join our early sales team and help us bring ProfitArc to more D2C brands.
The Role
As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for identifying potential customers, starting conversations with D2C founders and decision-makers, understanding their business challenges and introducing them to ProfitArc.




This is a performance-driven role where your earning potential is directly connected to the customers you help acquire.
You'll work closely with the founding team and get hands-on exposure to B2B sales, SaaS, D2C ecommerce and startup growth.
What You'll Do
Research and identify potential D2C and ecommerce brands
Build and maintain a prospect pipeline
Find and connect with founders, business owners and key decision-makers
Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email and calls
Introduce prospects to ProfitArc and explain the value of the platform
Understand prospects' challenges around CAC, ROAS, returns, delivery costs and profitability
Qualify leads and schedule product/demo calls
Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations and follow-ups
Work closely with the founding team to improve our sales approach
Bring feedback from prospects to help us improve the product and sales process
