Role Overview
We are hiring a high‑impact Sales & Delivery Manager to drive client acquisition, manage key accounts, and lead end‑to‑end staffing delivery across Banking, Cybersecurity, and GCC (Global Capability Center) environments. This role is ideal for someone who can hunt for current business, manage enterprise clients, and ensure strong delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Client Acquisition
• Acquire new clients across Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, Cybersecurity, and GCCs in India.
• Drive complete sales cycles: prospecting → meetings → proposals → negotiations → closure.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, procurement teams, and GCC leadership.
• Present staffing solutions, capability decks, and market insights confidently.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Account Management
• Own and grow enterprise accounts across Singapore and India.
• Understand client hiring plans, GCC expansion strategies, and workforce requirements.
• Drive repeat business, renewals, and multi‑department expansion.
• Manage escalations, feedback loops, and service recovery.
• Provide weekly account health updates and forecasts.

3. Staffing Delivery Management
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery for permanent, contract, and project staffing.
• Work closely with recruiters to ensure timely sourcing, screening, and submission.
• Review job requirements and ensure realistic delivery commitments.
• Track pipeline health, interview progress, and offer closures.
• Ensure compliance, onboarding, and contractor management processes run smoothly.
• Maintain strong ratios for submission → interview → offer.
