Job Summary
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist – R&D; with prior experience in R&D; and technical hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for our R&D; Center in Greater Noida.
The ideal candidate should have robust exposure to hiring for technical, engineering, R&D; and niche skill sets, along with excellent sourcing, stakeholder management and candidate engagement capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure and joining.
• Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified R&D; and technical candidates.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.

2. R&D; & Technical Hiring
• Handle hiring for R&D;, engineering, technical and specialized positions.




• Prior experience in R&D; recruitment is mandatory/preferred.
• Source candidates with niche technical skill sets through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other relevant channels.
• Identify and engage passive candidates for specialized requirements.

3. Candidate Screening & Assessment
• Conduct initial screening based on technical experience, qualifications, role fit and organizational requirements.
• Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and minimize offer dropouts.

4. Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with R&D; and functional stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress, pipeline and challenges.
• Coordinate interview schedules and collect timely feedback from stakeholders.
• Support hiring managers in making informed recruitment decisions.
