Compensation: Base compensation generally equivalent to ₹16–22 lakh annually, depending on experience and location, plus a meaningful performance-based incentive aligned with agreed growth and business-development outcomes.

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing and Business Development Manager who can turn these advantages into repeatable client-acquisition channels.
About the Role
You will lead and help build CFOAF's primary growth channels, with a strong emphasis on:
• Referral, affiliate and strategic partnerships
• Founder-led demand generation and thought leadership
• Lead nurture, CRM and conversion
• Supporting social and content distribution
This is a hands-on, execution-focused player-coach role. Initially, you will be expected to personally lead and execute key initiatives, including researching potential partners, initiating conversations, managing follow-up, building campaigns, working in the CRM, coordinating content and measuring results. As the function grows, you will also help build the marketing team, lead initiatives through others where appropriate, and may manage up to three team members or specialists over time.
The goal is simple: generate qualified opportunities, build repeatable acquisition channels that can scale, and help develop the marketing function as CFOAF grows.
