Job title Chief of Staff – Reporting to – Founder & CEO
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, leading strategic initiatives and support in achieving business goals and objectives.
• Drive metrics driven performance management across business functions: Engineering, Delivery & Customer Engagement, Product & Solution, Sales & Marketing & act as a liaison between the CEO and senior leadership,



ensuring that information flows effectively across departments
• Ability to review, define & constantly evolve Organization structure, key roles & responsibilities, KPIs & measures of success
• Lead and manage cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with ZestIOT’s strategic vision.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that company-wide projects and initiatives are completed on time and within budget.
• Support business growth and innovation strategies, working closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to boost revenue growth, improve margins, competitive strength of company business
