• Own and execute CoTravelIns overall marketing strategy.
• Build campaigns around recent trip launches, destinations, offers and brand initiatives.
• Develop ideas that make CoTravelIn stand out in the crowded travel space.
• Work closely with the founders, sales and operations teams to align marketing with business goals.
• Track marketing performance and continuously improve campaigns based on data.

Social Media
• Own CoTravelIns Instagram and other social media channels.
• Develop the content calendar and overall social media strategy.
• Come up with creative, relevant and engaging content ideas Reels, Stories, carousels, UGC, campaigns, quizzes, etc.
• Work with designers, videographers, creators and internal teams to get content produced.
• Stay ahead of social media trends, formats, sounds and travel content trends.
• Monitor engagement, reach, follower growth and conversions.

Influencer & Creator Marketing
• Build and manage CoTravelIns creator/influencer network.
• Identify relevant travel creators, micro-influencers and content creators.




• Handle outreach, negotiations, collaborations and campaign execution.
• Develop long-term relationships with creators rather than one-off collaborations.
• Build UGC pipelines for different destinations and campaigns.
• Track creator performance and ROI.

Campaigns & Growth
• Plan and execute destination-specific marketing campaigns.
• Work on launch campaigns for new trips and departures.
• Experiment with new channels, partnerships and marketing opportunities.
• Collaborate with performance marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversion.
• Understand the complete funnel from seeing a Reel to enquiring to booking a trip.

What Were Looking For
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in travel, lifestyle, hospitality, D2C, consumer brands or a fast-growing startup.
• Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing Instagram and creator/influe
