Role- Lender Partnership Manager

Key Responsibilities
• Own and scale the lending business across assigned lending partners, driving loan volumes, revenue, conversion, customer outcomes and overall business performance.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard new lending partners across Banks, NBFCs and FinTechs; manage the partnership lifecycle from initial evaluation and commercials through integration,



launch and scale-up.
• Own the end-to-end lending funnel across lead generation, eligibility, application, approval, disbursement and repeat/renewal journeys; identify bottlenecks and drive improvements in conversion and customer experience.
• Drive lender strategy and portfolio growth by identifying recent customer segments, lending products, pricing opportunities, eligibility frameworks and commercial constructs that improve business outcomes.
• Work closely with Product, Technology, Credit and Risk teams to build and optimize digital lending journeys, including API integrations, BRE/credit-rule implementation, bureau-led eligibility, data flows, underwriting journeys and partner-specific product requirements.
• Monitor and improve funnel economics and partner performance, including approval rates, application-to-disbursement conversion, disbursal volumes, revenue, take rates, customer acquisition metr
