About the Role

We're looking for an ABM Manager to own account-based marketing for our global startup segment. This is a high-velocity, intent-driven motion built for speed, scale, and efficiency, not a brand or awareness role. You'll be the engine behind account selection and activation, making sure sales always knows exactly which accounts to chase and why.
This is a senior, commercially-minded ABM role with direct accountability for pipeline outcomes. If you like working close to revenue,

Who You'll Be Working With

• Startup Sales Team: A centralized team of Account Executives and BDRs. You'll lead account prioritization and cadence strategy, they'll execute and feed insights back.
• Marketing Operations: Your partners on data, attribution, and systems.
• Upmarket ABM Team: You'll share learnings and best practices across the broader ABM function.
• Global Campaign & Demand Gen: They build the core frameworks and assets, you adapt and localize them for startup buyers.
