CORPORATE SALES MANAGER – CORPORATE IN OFFICE DAYCARE

Preference: Candidates should have worked with companies operating in corporate daycare / employee daycare / childcare / early-years services.

Role Objective:
Drive aggressive corporate client acquisition and revenue growth for the Corporate On-site Daycare business by leveraging existing relationships, industry networks and an active corporate pipeline. The ideal candidate should bring hands-on experience in selling corporate daycare solutions and preferably have an existing network of corporate clients, prospects and decision-makers that can be converted into business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive new corporate client acquisition for on-site daycare and related childcare solutions.
• Identify and engage corporates with employee daycare requirements.
• Build relationships with decision-makers across HR, Admin, Facilities, Employee Engagement, Procurement and CSR.




• Generate and convert qualified corporate leads into contracts.
• Leverage existing relationships and industry contacts to accelerate business acquisition.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide realistic revenue forecasts.
• Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting → meetings → requirement understanding → proposal → negotiation → closure → handover.
• Coordinate with Operations for feasibility, site visits, commercials and implementation.
• Develop opportunities for multi-location and enterprise-wide daycare contracts.

Candidate Profile:
• 5–8 years of B2B / corporate sales experience.
• Strong corporate network and demonstrable client acquisition record.
• Strong HR / Admin / Facilities network with proven experience closing corporate daycare contracts
• Ability to generate business independently
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
