About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Consultant with experience in the technology talent, remote staffing, talent marketplace, or workforce solutions space.
The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of how businesses hire and engage software developers, IT professionals, remote teams, and contract talent across global markets.
This is a consultative business development role for someone who understands the talent ecosystem and can build meaningful relationships with technology companies and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across global markets.
• Build relationships with CTOs, CIOs, HR leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, Engineering Heads, founders, and other decision-makers.
• Understand client hiring and workforce requirements and recommend suitable talent solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals, and other channels.




• Conduct discovery calls to understand hiring requirements, skills, locations, budgets, timelines, and engagement models.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Develop long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and account expansion.
• Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure smooth fulfilment of client requirements.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular updates on opportunities and forecasts.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7 years of experience in B2B business development or sales within the technology talent ecosystem.
• Experience with a talent marketplace, remote staffing, IT staffing, EOR, global workforce, or technology talent solutions company is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of technology hiring and the IT talent landscape.
