Solar Sales Executive – B2B & B2C

About the Role
B&R; Technologies is looking for a self-driven solar sales professional to grow its B2B and B2C business. The role involves identifying opportunities, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable solar solutions with technical support, and managing the sales process from lead generation to order closure.
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in sales, a willingness to learn, and the initiative to generate business independently.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and develop leads across residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional customer segments.
• Identify potential customers through field visits, networking, referrals, cold calling, and local market outreach.
• Meet customers to understand their electricity consumption, power requirements, and interest in solar solutions.




• Explain the perks and applications of on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid solar systems.
• Coordinate with the technical team for site assessments, system recommendations, and proposal preparation.
• Present quotations, address customer queries, negotiate within approved terms, and close sales.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and expected closures.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and provide regular updates on the sales pipeline.
• Develop relationships with referral partners, electrical contractors, builders, and other relevant business contacts.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project handover, customer communication, and payment follow-ups.
• Gather market feedback on customer needs, competing offers, and new business opportunities.

Required Experience and Skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience in solar sales, with demonstrated involvement in lead generation and sales closure
