Recruitment Consultant – Business Development (Remote)
RecruitMyself is a recruitment consultancy that partners with businesses to solve their hiring needs across industries. We work closely with our clients, understanding their business and their talent needs deeply, rather than running high volume, low touch searches. We're adding to our team to keep pace with client demand.
This role is built around two things: bringing in clients, and delivering for them. You'll be reaching out to companies, winning mandates, and then running the full recruitment cycle end to end, from sourcing to offer. It's a role for someone who wants ownership over both sides of the business, not just one.
What you'll do
• Identify and reach out to companies that need recruitment support, and convert those conversations into mandates
• Own full-cycle recruitment for the roles you bring in: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and closing candidates
• Build and maintain a network of employer relationships, with a robust focus on BFSI, Pharma, and technology SMEs
• Run a high volume,



high quality sourcing process, calling and reaching out to a wide pool of candidates and narrowing it down to a strong, well screened shortlist for every mandate
• Track your own pipeline end to end, from first client outreach to placement, and keep it moving
• Represent RecruitMyself in every client and candidate conversation, this role is often the first impression of who we are

What we're looking for
• 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment or staffing
• A genuine network of B2B contacts you can activate from day one, ideally across BFSI, Pharma, or technology SMEs
• Comfort with outbound outreach and client conversations, not just candidate sourcing
• Strong full-cycle recruitment fundamentals: sourcing, screening, coordination, closing
• Fluency in Hindi and English
• GCC experience is welcome and a strong plus
• Someone who is organized, persistent, and comfortable being meas
