Program Coordinator - Immediate Joiners

We are looking for a Program Coordinator to join our team and support learners throughout their training journey. The role involves communicating with learners, handling enquiries and follow-ups, coordinating with trainers, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily training activities.
The ideal candidate should be well-organized, approachable, and confident in communication, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain good coordination between learners and trainers.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage learner communication and enquiries.
• Conduct regular lead follow-ups.
• Assist with admissions and registrations.
• Coordinate classes, trainers, and schedules.
• Maintain learner data and prepare reports.

Requirements• Any degree preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; Tamil/Malayalam preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to handle calls, follow-ups, and learner queries.
• Valuable coordination and organizational skills.

Candidates from Kanyakumari district are preferred.
