Job Purpose
The Hydraulics Design & Integration Engineer is responsible for the design,
integration, validation, and release of hydraulic systems for Agricultural equipment platforms. The role involves hydraulic system design support, component sizing and selection, hose and tube routing, vehicle packaging, and integration while ensuring compliance with engineering standards, quality, cost, timing, and performance targets.
As part of the CNH ITC Hydraulic Engineering Team, the engineer will collaborate with global cross-functional teams, suppliers, and technical specialists to support new product development, product enhancement, cost optimization, and quality improvement initiatives. The position requires strong hydraulic engineering expertise, hands-on CAD proficiency, and the ability to work effectively in a global product development environment.
