Role Overview

The Senior Sales Development Representative will lead and scale SignalX’s sales function, driving revenue growth by building a strong pipeline, refining the sales motion, and managing a high-performing sales team. This role combines individual sales leadership with team

management, owning outcomes from prospecting through closed deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 6–9 sales representatives/SDRs, driving individual and team performance.
• Own and continuously refine the end-to-end sales motion — from lead generation to closing — ensuring consistency and scalability across the team.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through strategic prospecting, partnerships, and campaign-driven outreach.
• Plan, execute, and optimize outbound and inbound sales campaigns in collaboration with marketing.
• Lead high-value client meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations for key accounts.
• Set and track team targets, KPIs, and performance metrics; conduct regular pipeline reviews and coaching sessions.




• Develop and implement sales strategies, playbooks, and processes to improve conversion rates and shorten sales cycles.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on messaging, positioning, and customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM hygiene across the team.
• Identify current market opportunities, verticals, and enterprise accounts for expansion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or sales leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing and scaling a sales team of 6–9 members.
• Strong track record in pipeline building, sales motion design, and campaign execution.
• Demonstrated success in leading meetings, demos, and closing enterprise deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
