About OutFlo
OutFlo runs LinkedIn outreach on autopilot across many accounts at once, at a price where scaling it actually makes sense. For most of our customers, LinkedIn is now their biggest outbound channel. We have paying customers in the US, Canada, UK, Germany and India - SaaS startups, lead gen agencies, recruitment firms. Capillary, CollegeDunia, TrueFoundry and BricConsulting are on it.

I started OutFlo and my co-founder Pravesh owns product and engineering. We're both IIT Kharagpur alums. Before this I ran founding sales at a Peak XV backed AI startup, took it $0-1M ARR, and scaled LinkedIn outbound to 100+ accounts.

We're backed by angels who have built global AI companies out of India, including the founder behind the largest SaaS IPO of 2025.

We're starting with LinkedIn and going after B2B teams in the US. Long term we want to run the full GTM motion, from finding the prospect to booking the meeting, across LinkedIn, email, calls and social.

About the role
You'll be the core GTM person here. The outbound motion this company runs on is yours to build. There's no playbook waiting for you.

It's customer-facing from day one. You'll manage the DMs, move onto sales calls, and keep the relationship going after they sign. You'll also be posting content under your own name, founder profile and not briefing someone else to.

You work directly with me. Real autonomy, real expectations, no layers in between. As the motion starts working, you'll hire interns and lead them.

We're at 0-1 and pushing hard. Some weeks are long. If you enjoy this phase you'll love it here, but if yo
