Key responsibilities：
• Prepare and issue equipment datasheets, material requisitions and technical specifications.
• Perform or verify mechanical design calculations and thickness sizing.
• Review vendor drawings, calculations and welding / NDT / heat treatment proposals.
• Support technical bid evaluation, clarifications and vendor kick-off meetings.
• Ensure compliance with ASME VIII, TEMA, API 650/620/661 and client standards.
• Support inspection, FAT and site queries until mechanical completion.
Qualifications & experience：
• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical or Chemical & Mechanical Engineering.
• 10 to 18 years of static equipment engineering in oil & gas or petrochemical projects.
• Proficient with pressure vessel design software.
• Positive command of written and spoken English.
