Head of Sales — B2B Projects (Retail Fixtures, Joinery & Sheet Metal)
nWe are a 20-year-old, ISO-certified manufacturer of retail fixtures, joinery and precision sheet-metal products based in Delhi NCR, with in-house laser cutting, powder coating and CNC woodworking, and rollout programmes delivered for organised retail and international brands. We are now building a qualified sales organisation for our Indian business, and this is its founding leadership role.
nThe role
nBuild and run the sales engine: own the team revenue target, hire and coach 3–6 Business Development Managers and lead-generation executives, run the weekly pipeline review, forecast to leadership, enforce CRM discipline, allocate territories, and personally lead large opportunities with the Director. A management role with real authority, reporting to the Director – Business Growth & Commercial Strategy.

- Own the annual team target for collected revenue at agreed margin; set BDM targets and territoriesn
- Run the weekly pipeline review; forecast monthly within ±15%n




- Recruit, onboard and coach BDMs and SDRs; run 30/60/90-day plansn
- Set up and enforce the sales process in Zoho CRMn
- Lead major opportunities and negotiations; sponsor key accountsn
- Work with Estimation to hit quotation turnaround and margin floorsn
- Build primary/backup ownership on every important customern
- Report monthly on a one-page dashboardn

nWhat you bring

- n
- 12–18 years in B2B project or solution sales, with 3+ years managing a team of 5+ with a team targetn
- Sold into organised retail, fit-out contractors, hospitality, building products, furniture or contract manufacturingn
- Ran a CRM-driven sales process; can describe your team's stage conversion ratesn
- Comfortable with costing and margin, not just pricen
- Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR; 40–50% traveln

nCompensation
nFixed ₹24–32 L; target variable ₹10 L on team performance,
