The APAC Sales Enablement & Automation Specialist will be responsible for driving automation, digital transformation, and operational excellence initiatives across APAC commercial operations. This role will focus on streamlining business processes, reducing manual effort, enhancing data quality, and implementing scalable solutions that improve sales productivity and organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and implement automation opportunities across sales and business operations processes.
- Design and deploy automated workflows, approvals, notifications, reporting solutions, and self-service capabilities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards,



analytics, and KPI reporting using business intelligence tools.
- Support Sales Force optimization, process standardization, and system integration initiatives.
- Leverage AI and productivity solutions to improve operational effectiveness and user experience.
- Conduct process analysis and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, IT, Finance, Marketing, and Enablement teams to deliver business transformation initiatives.
- Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and change management activities.
